To make your first appointment as productive as possible, we advise you to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary forms. While you're doing that, our friendly staff will confirm that your insurance is up to date and that we have your past medical or dental records.
If you have any problems, pain, or issues with your oral health, please also to be sure to let our receptionist know.
During Your Appointment
Your appointment will start with an X-ray taken by one of our trained hygienists. The X-ray will be reviewed on the spot along with your current oral health. From there, the hygienist and dentist will work up a dental service plan. After that is documented, your teeth will be cleaned - and if requested - fluoride will be applied.
At the end of your appointment, we'll schedule your next visit - either for your next cleaning or to have another procedure completed.
Patients with Dental Emergencies
When you come to us for a dental emergency, our team will take an X-ray to see what's going on. Our goal at this point is to take care of your pain and get it to a manageable level. A follow-up appointment will then be scheduled with a comprehensive oral health exam. This helps us prevent similar issues and emergencies from happening in the future.

"I hate going to the dentist. I'd rather go through childbirth again, however, I had a bad tooth that needed pulling, and the dental hygienists made it so the shots of Novocaine didn't hurt as bad as normal. When it came time to have it pulled, the dentist said he was checking to see if my tooth was numb...then was done. My anxiety was through the roof, and they handled me very well and I actually left with a smile. I will be going back."
